We are seeking an experienced Senior Fabricator to join a creative production team specializing in custom wood-based builds. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on fabrication work, problem-solving, and bringing design concepts to life through precise craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee a large-format CNC wood router to cut, shape, and pattern wood components.

• Interpret technical drawings, templates, and digital design files to ensure accurate production.

• Perform general fabrication tasks including cutting, assembly, sanding, and finishing of wood products.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Collaborate with designers and production staff to deliver high-quality, custom-made pieces.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of fabrication experience, preferably in custom woodwork or CNC routing.

• Strong understanding of CNC machinery, woodworking tools, and fabrication techniques.

• Ability to read blueprints and convert design concepts into finished components.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

• Ability to lift materials and work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
