Pay: $20.00 per hour
Location: Lancaster, CA
Schedule: Full-time 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Landscaping Laborers to join our team. This role involves maintaining outdoor landscapes, clearing vegetation, and supporting general grounds maintenance tasks to ensure safe, clean, and well-kept environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform vegetation removal, brush clearing, and weed control
• Operate hand tools and power equipment (weed whackers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, etc.)
• Assist with tree/brush trimming, debris removal, and general clean-up
• Maintain work areas and equipment in a safe and organized manner

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping, groundskeeping, or vegetation management experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods
• Must be dependable with strong teamwork skills
