About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Branch Manager to lead a high-volume branch with a large and diverse customer base. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance operational excellence with exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by Example: Facilitate excellent customer service and set the standard for your team.
• Team Management: Direct, mentor, and delegate tasks to a team of 5–6 members.
• Customer Care: Address customer needs holistically, from pairing them with the right loan to assisting with tax services.
• Sales Growth: Thoughtfully sell new and existing financial products to help customers meet their goals.
• Community Engagement: Build strong customer relationships and foster community connections that organically drive loan and tax business.
• Collaboration: Support and leverage the strengths of your branch team to achieve success.

Qualifications:

• Industry Experience: Must have experience in loans and taxes.
• Leadership: Proven management experience overseeing at least 5–6 team members.
• Integrity: Ability to pass credit and background checks.
• Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Note: Auditing experience is not considered relevant for this role.
