Join a highly skilled maintenance team as a Maintenance Systems Technician supporting complex machinery and production systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for technicians with strong mechanical expertise, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to precision, reliability, and safety.

What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Systems Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable operation of plant machinery and production systems. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Read and interpret mechanical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

  • Install, align, assemble, and disassemble industrial machines and system components

  • Inspect equipment to identify mechanical issues, wear, and potential failures

  • Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform corrective repairs

  • Repair or replace defective components using welding, cutting, and brazing techniques

  • Perform precision alignments using dial indicators, laser alignment tools, and other measuring instruments

  • Operate hoists, cranes, and jacks safely to position machinery

  • Use rigging equipment, dollies, and rollers to move and secure heavy systems

  • Support continuous improvement efforts, preventive maintenance, and equipment reliability

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Millwright, Industrial Mechanic, or Maintenance Technician

  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, hydraulics, and machine alignment

  • Ability to work independently and stay self-driven in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail

  • Consistent, reliable work history and strong safety awareness
