Berne, IN | $18.50/hr | 12-Hour Night Shift | 2-2-3 Schedule

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Press Operator to join a growing team in Berne, IN.

Responsibilities:

• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skids, mail trays, and in boxes

• Pull, inspect, and initial all running samples

• Move skids away from stitcher or binder when necessary

• Maintain a clean work area and floors during and after shift

• Assist with any kick-outs during and at the end of the shift

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a relevant manufacturing or production role

• Ability to work independently and stay motivated

• Strong time management and prioritization skills

• Attention to detail and professional work ethic

• Reliable, consistent work history
