Design Assistant 

Pay: $17–$18.50/hr + Year-End Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: Hot Springs, A

We’re partnering with a high-end interior design firm known for its beautiful retail space, extensive design showroom, and exceptional client experience. Their team is looking for a Design Assistant who can support day-to-day operations and keep the showroom polished and efficient.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the design environment. A “good eye” for style is helpful, but what matters most is reliability, initiative, and strong professionalism.

What You’ll Do

• Place and track product orders

• Keep the showroom organized, clean, and client-ready

• Assist with installations and project prep

• Run errands as needed (must be comfortable driving locally)

• Support the design team in a variety of physical and non-physical tasks

• Interact professionally with clients in a high-end environment

• Strong grammar, communication skills,  - good people skills

• Confident, self-directed, and proactive

• Able to work with minimal structure and adapt to a “go with the flow” environment

• Comfortable with some physical tasks (moving samples, assisting during installs)

• Reliable, positive, and eager to help wherever needed

• Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

• Flexible “working lunch” environment

• Casual-professional dress code (nice jeans okay due to physical movement)

Compensation & Perks

• $17–$18.50/hr depending on experience

• Year-end bonus eligibility

• Paid holidays (example: current assistant received the full week of Thanksgiving)
