Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Heat Treat Production Technician for a well-established facility in Huntington, IN. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with machinery, staying organized, and keeping production running smoothly.
Operate and maintain production flow
Perform and document equipment readings at required intervals
Load and unload product using a forklift
Keep detailed daily records and maintain strong organization
Read and follow production schedules, control plans, and work instructions
Operate computer-controlled heat treat equipment
Work effectively in warm temperatures
Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks
Proven experience in a related field
Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
Strong prioritization and time-management skills
High level of professionalism, speed, and accuracy
Ability to follow processes and maintain quality standards
