Tool/Die Maker

Located in Racine, WI

Salary: $25- $32 BOE

We're seeking an experience Tool & Die Maker / Tool Room Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with both manual and CNC machining, has strong tooling assembly experience, and can work independently on custom tooling projects with tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Build and assemble fixtures, gages, and special machines to support production.
• Operate manual machines (lathes, mills, grinders, saws, drill presses).
• Set up and run Bridgeport EZ-Trak and ProtoTRAK mills/lathes.
• Program and operate CNC machines using G-code, GibbsCAM, or other systems.
• Work from blueprints and 3D models to meet project specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and refine tolling solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 + years of experience in tool room or precision machining.
• Proficiency with manual and CNC machining equipment.
• Experience with G-code, GibbsCAM, or other programming systems.
• Strong understanding of fixture assembly and precision machining practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
