Position Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a proven Escrow Closer who wants to step into branch leadership. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of a branch’s culture, team development, and business growth. You will have the autonomy to run your branch while receiving the operational, compliance, and administrative support of an established company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own branch, including hiring, coaching, and leading team members

• Oversee full-cycle escrow transactions with accuracy, professionalism, and compliance

• Leverage and expand your existing book of business to drive revenue growth

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, builders, and other partners

• Ensure exceptional customer service and a smooth closing experience for all parties

• Collaborate with company leadership on branch performance, strategy, and long-term growth

• Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and industry best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Escrow Closer (5+ years preferred)

• Strong, established book of business and active industry relationships

• Prior leadership experience is a plus, but not required—entrepreneurial mindset is essential

• In-depth knowledge of escrow processes, title requirements, and real estate transactions

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple transactions while leading a branch team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
