Our client is seeking a skilled Die Setter to set up blanking, piercing, and forming operations for a variety of parts using production equipment, gauges, and tooling. This position requires technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Job Title: Die Setter

Pay: $20.00 per hour 

City: Willoughby, OH
Shift: 1st Shift 6AM to 3PM Monday - Friday

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate blanking, piercing, and/or forming operations.

• Work with production equipment, gauges, and tooling.

• Assist in die assembly and equipment adjustments.

• Perform previously run operations independently with minimal assistance.

• Follow power press and process safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Completion of the Interlake Die Setter Program or equivalent experience/training.

• Skilled in basic blueprint reading, shop math, and use of standard gauges and measuring devices.

• Proficient with mechanical hand tools and equipment setting devices (Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical).

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work efficiently and independently.

• Must own required hand tools.
