Manufacturing and Distribution Specialist – Electronics

We are looking for a Manufacturing & Distribution Specialist to support electronic component production and warehouse operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring that products are assembled accurately, handled safely, and moved efficiently through the distribution process. Candidates should be detail-oriented, comfortable with technical tasks, and able to maintain strong workflow consistency across manufacturing and logistics activities.

Job Duties

• Assemble, test, and inspect electronic components and products according to established specifications.
• Operate production equipment and tools while following all safety and quality procedures.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare electronic products for shipment within the distribution area.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock organization.
• Troubleshoot basic assembly or equipment issues and report concerns to supervisors.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and warehouse teams to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with ESD and facility standards.
