Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay: $30–$35 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time
We are seeking a skilled Diesel/Trailer Mechanic to join our growing team in Phoenix. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and fleet equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, trailers, and heavy-duty equipment
Conduct routine preventative maintenance
Inspect and repair braking systems, electrical systems, suspension, and hydraulics
Troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors, drivers, and team members
2+ years of experience as a Diesel or Trailer Mechanic (heavy-duty preferred)
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, air brake systems, and electrical diagnostics
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced shop environment
Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
Own basic tools (advanced tools provided)
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in shop/outdoor environments
Competitive hourly pay ($30–$35/hr)
