Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business through both inside sales activities and in-person, business-to-business outreach. You will schedule appointments, conduct product demonstrations, and promote technology solutions tailored for the hospitality industry. This role requires a self-driven individual who is motivated and confident approaching businesses directly.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct business-to-business outreach to generate new leads and clients.
• Ability to get through gatekeepers and reach decision-makers effectively.
• Establish and grow new client relationships to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Schedule appointments and conduct product demonstrations for leads and prospects.
• Overcome objections, negotiate, and assist in closing new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate the value of solutions offered.
• Perform outreach and follow-up activities with professionalism and integrity.
• Demonstrate strong motivation, initiative, and consistency in daily sales activities.
• Stay informed on products, services, and hospitality technology trends.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching businesses in person and initiating conversations.
• Self-motivated, confident, and goal oriented.
• Ability to work independently in both office and field settings.
• Experience in sales or business development.
