High rise condominium at downtown Tampa is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician.
Perform routine inspections of building systems, common areas, and equipment.
Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, lighting).
Maintain grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and exterior cleanliness.
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7am-3pm
Tuesday, Friday 6am-2:30pm
