Job Title: Construction Estimator & Coordinator

We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Estimator & Coordinator to support ongoing and upcoming projects within the Niagara region. In this role, you will play an essential part in analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and contributing to the successful execution of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in construction estimating to assess project scope and requirements.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, quotes, and packages for excavation, foundation, and flatwork construction projects.

• Collaborate with field supervisors and business development teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely completion of quotes.

• Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to support profitability while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing project needs effectively.

• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

• Support the construction phase by monitoring costs and identifying opportunities for cost optimization.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction estimating, particularly in price analysis and project costing.

• Familiarity with project management principles and practices.

• Ability to negotiate effectively with potential clients to secure contracts.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to produce accurate estimates.

• Proficiency with computer software such as Excel, Pipeliner CRM, and similar programs.
