Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Lead Technician to train and support associates, operate and maintain injection molding equipment, and ensure high-quality production. This role is hands-on, with opportunities to lead a team and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and assist associates on machine setup, operation, and safety procedures.
Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
Monitor production quality, scrap, and report any issues.
Operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment as needed.
Maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum 2 years manufacturing experience, preferably in injection molding or automotive.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of safety procedures and lockout/tagout (LOTO).
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 10–50 lbs regularly
Regular standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Ability to operate hand and impact tools and machinery safely.
