Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton, FL is currently hiring for a Part-Time Office Admin/Bookkeeper for a Landscaping Supply company based in Bradenton, FL

Duties:
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with current information.
- Enter and reconcile House Account sales and credits in QuickBooks.
- Copy, scan, and organize documents for internal record-keeping.
- Create and print product labels for merchandise.
- Prepare and type purchase orders for vendors.
- Create in-store signage using pre-designed PowerPoint templates.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
