Secondary Dept

This position is primarily responsible for setting-up and operating all equipment in the secondary department in accordance with the companies safety policies and machine manufacture's written manuals and guidelines by performing the following duties. 

 

• Complies with all safety standards and rules including proper PPE
• Maintains clean and organized work area
• Achieves standard of 100% efficiency 
• Follows and utilizes Misquote work instructions 
• Complies with all quality standards and rules including properly filling out first article reports and following Charting Work Instructions.
• Sets jobs in a way to maximize output of operators without sacrificing safety 
• Limits scrap material to a minimum
