Job Details

Shift: 1st Shift
• Monday–Thursday: 5:00am–3:30pm
• Friday: 5:00am–11:30am

Pay: $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire
Overtime: Available weekly
Location: Coopersville, MI (between Grand Rapids & Muskegon)

What You’ll Do

• Assist with general assembly tasks and preparation of products for shipment.

• Operate a forklift to move materials, components, and finished products.

• Support shipping and receiving operations as needed.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a positive, team-driven work culture.

Who Succeeds in This Role

• Individuals with previous forklift experience (required).

• Candidates with prior general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.

• Reliable, punctual workers with a strong work ethic.

• Team players who take initiative and are comfortable with physical, hands-on tasks.

• Must hold a valid Michigan driver’s license.
