Outbound Shipping Clerk/ Forklift Job Summary:  

We are hiring for a 3^rd party logistics company looking for a Data entry clerk to manage the transferring of data from one ERP system to a customer ERP system. They are supporting a customer with offsite storage of packaging materials. We are looking for an individual with exceptional attention to detail and fluency with data entry specifically numerical to support the tracking of material movement within a warehouse setting. Outbound Shipping Clerk/ Forklift Requirements:

• Print reports
• Merge data from One ERP system to another
• High Volume Numerical Data Entry
• Entering inbound and outbound orders in WMS system
• Communicating with internal and external customers about order activity
• Responsible for the monitoring of high-volume email inbox
• May use a forklift to move around material as needed   

 

Schedule & Pay:

• 7:00 am-3:30 pm Monday-Friday
• $21.00/HR 

Outbound Shipping Clerk/ Forklift Qualifications:

• High Attention to detail
• High pace attitude
• Strong communication skills
• MS Office
• Shipping clerk background preferred
• Inventory support experience using an ERP system
• Strong Data entry skills
• Good deductive reasoning skills
