Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments, including palletized goods and cartons
• Sort, stage, and organize products according to shipment orders and warehouse guidelines
• Perform basic quality and quantity checks to ensure orders are correct before shipment
• Move materials safely using required equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks)
• Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing, staging, and maintenance of a clean work area
• Follow directions from supervisors to meet daily production and shipping quotas

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a warehouse environment
• Basic familiarity with warehouse tasks; prior loading/unloading, receiving, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
