Key Responsibilities

• Process medical claims, verify insurance information, and submit accurate billing
• Review EOBs, resolve claim denials, and follow up on outstanding AR
• Enter patient and billing data into electronic health record (EHR) and billing systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and payer guidelines
• Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and clinical staff to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting needs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Strong understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding, insurance verification, and claim submission
• Proficiency with medical billing software and EHR systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Professional communication skills and the ability to resolve billing inquiries
