Key Responsibilities

This essential role focuses on delivering exceptional support to policyholders and clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming phone communications promptly and professionally

• Assisting customers with initiating and managing insurance claims
• Responding to inquiries for official documentation and policy details
• Issuing official Certificates of Insurance to business partners and clients as required

Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual who meets the following criteria:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A cooperative team player with a consistently positive outlook.
• Willingness to obtain insurance license within 6 months
