🛠 What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical + hydraulic systems

• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, filters, fluids, inspections

• Complete major repairs (drivetrain, suspension, differentials, etc.)

• Use diagnostic tools, power tools, welding equipment, and repair software

• Document all repairs and follow DOT + company safety requirements

• Ensure fleet vehicles are safe, compliant, and road-ready

✅ What You Need to Qualify

• 1+ year diesel truck or tractor-trailer maintenance experience

• High school diploma or technical school training preferred

• Able to diagnose major components (engines, transmissions, etc.)

• Skilled with professional diesel repair tools + diagnostics

• Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred)

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop

• Strong communication and customer service mindset

• Must pass: background check, drug screening

• Regular and predictable attendance is required

• DOT-regulated safety-sensitive position
