We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pick & Packer for our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and able to follow instructions accurately to ensure products are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment according to customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking:

• Review worksheets for special picking instructions.
• Verify products for correct part number, configuration, and quality; ensure items are free of damage.
• Prepare products for packing.
• Inspect die-cut parts and remove webbing, debris, or other loose materials.
• Inspect slit rolls for foreign materials; clean as necessary using appropriate methods.
• Cut and sort parts into specific groups according to worksheet instructions.

Packing:

• Pack all orders in appropriately sized bags, boxes, or containers based on order specifications or customer instructions.
• Recheck completed boxes to ensure parts are packed correctly and quantities match the order.
• Label cartons with accurate and complete information.
• Verify inventory counts and balances when products are taken from stock.
• Seal cartons after review and confirmation by Shipper, QA Engineer, or designated personnel.
• Prepare shipping method according to Shipper instructions.
• Stage and prepare products on carts for shipping to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or pick/pack operations preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, and handle products for extended periods.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25–50 lbs] regularly.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
