Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring an Aerospace Teardown Laborer for a hands-on manufacturing role located in Arlington, WA. Starting pay is $20 per hour. This is a full-time, permanent position on day shift working Monday – Thursday, 6 AM – 4:30 PM. 

The Production Associate to support various tasks in a busy production environment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work well with a team. 

Successful candidates will submit to a pre-employment FAA background check and FAA level drug screen.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

Teardown: disassembling and core returns 
Deburring Parts: Remove burrs and sharp edges from parts.
Parts Disassembly: Disassemble parts per drawing or specifications.
Cleaning: Maintain Cleanliness of parts and work areas.
Additional Production Tasks: Undertake other production tasks as assigned.

Skills Required: 

• Measurement Reading: Proficient in reading tape measurers and micrometers
• Tool Usage: Experienced in using various hand tools, die grinders, reamers, torque drivers, and torque wrenches
• Blueprints and Drawings: Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Ideal Candidate: Gets along well with team members and has good attendance
