About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Tool & Die Technician to support our manufacturing and production operations by maintaining tooling, fixtures, and gauges through repairs, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in factory, warehouse, construction, assembly, machine operator, or welding environments who are ready to grow their technical skill set.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create, record, and close work orders
  • Operate a variety of tool room machinery including milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders
  • Perform piece inspections during tryouts and production runs to evaluate tooling performance
  • Use precision measuring equipment to ensure tooling meets required specifications
  • Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble dies, jigs, fixtures, and related equipment
  • Operate forklifts, cranes, and other material‑handling equipment in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Tool & Die Technology required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing, factory, production, or construction environment required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair tooling components
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
