Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Production Associates to join the team of a growing manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining tumbler and split line machines used in the manufacturing of concrete products. This role ensures efficient production, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

 Machine Operation:

• Set up, operate, and monitor tumbler and split line machines to process concrete products according to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and minimize downtime.

Quality Control:

• Inspect finished products for defects, dimensions, and surface finish.
• Perform routine checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

 Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Identify and report mechanical issues promptly to minimize production delays.

Safety & Compliance:

• Follow all plant safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent hazards.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret production instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

Physical & Environmental Expectations:

• Stand and walk for long periods of time
• Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Perform repetitive tasks with arms and hands
• Work in a factory setting with varying temperatures and noise levels
