Express has partnered with a local retail company and we are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to join their team.  The hours for this position may be flexible and would be working mainly evenings and weekends with no nights later than 7pm. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

 

Hours: Weekday shifts would be from 4pm-7pm and weekend shifts are 9am-6pm and 11am-5pm. 

Wage: $18/hr 

 

 

Job duties:

• Greeting walk-in customers
• Answering multi-line phone system
• Data entry
• Assisting the Sales team with scheduling and customer service

 

Qualifications:

• Customer service skills
• Professionalism
• A friendly and welcoming attitude
• Detail oriented
• Team player
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
