Job Title: Operator – Mixing Operations 
Pay: $19.00 per hour 
Shift: 2nd Shift — 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operator to join our Element mixing operations on 2nd shift. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, consistent, and safe mixing processes. The Operator will work largely independently in a designated area, performing routine calculations, measuring materials, and handling production chemicals.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate chemical measurements and follow established mixing procedures.
• Safely move and position drums using a dolly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Complete routine calculations and document production data with accuracy.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and communicate any equipment or process concerns.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including PPE and handling requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, especially with measurement accuracy.
• Solid math skills for routine calculations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to safely maneuver drums using a dolly.
• Previous manufacturing or mixing experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as needed.
