About the Role

Our engineering company in Stockton, CA is seeking an immediate full-time Junior Safety Risk Analyst (JSRA) for a 3–6 month temporary assignment. This role will support a high volume of safety-related projects—approximately 60–70 tasks over the assignment period.

 

The ideal candidate will have a background in safety, industrial engineering, or industrial hygiene and thrive when working independently while managing multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities ???

• Complete approximately 60–70 safety-related tasks and assessments

• Conduct workplace inspections and hazard evaluations ??

• Assist with risk assessments and incident investigations ??

• Support the development and implementation of safety procedures ??

• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards ?

• Document findings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records ??

• Communicate safety requirements and best practices to teams and site personnel ??

Qualifications ??

• Background in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ??

• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities ??

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines ?

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to safety compliance ?
