Job Title: Box Truck Driver – Appliance Delivery

Location: Charlotte, NC Distribution Facility
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Box Truck Driver to join our Charlotte distribution team. This position involves delivering appliances through Home Depot’s third-party service, maintaining warehouse organization, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck for local deliveries.
• Deliver appliances to residential and commercial locations.
• Climb stairs and perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) using proper techniques.
• Utilize a dolly for moving appliances and furniture.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Maintain warehouse organization for drivers and staff.
• Provide customer-friendly, professional service at every stop.
• Travel locally throughout the day.

Requirements

• Box truck driving experience required.
• Current DOT Medical Card (Med Card).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, task-oriented, and dependable.
• No Class A drivers – this is a non-CDL box truck role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with furniture delivery is a plus.
