About the Role
As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and visitors. You’ll support daily operations by managing the front desk, assisting with applicant flow, and providing exceptional service to everyone who walks through our doors. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist all visitors, applicants, and clients

  • Answer and direct incoming calls

  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area

  • Support the recruiting team with applicant paperwork and onboarding tasks

  • Enter and update information in our applicant tracking system

  • Schedule interviews and help manage daily office flow

  • Provide general administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Comfort with computers, scheduling, and basic office software

  • Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced front office environment

  • Previous administrative or front desk experience is a plus
