Salary: $19/hr

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble precision components according to detailed manufacturing instructions, ensuring compliance with our quality standards and production schedules. You will work closely with Planning, Stockroom, Final Inspection, Quality, and Production teams to help ensure on-time delivery, adherence to our AS9100 Quality Management System, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble precision aerospace components per manufacturing traveler instructions.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable quality and manufacturing requirements.

• Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including Planning, Stockroom, Final Inspection, Quality, and Production.

• Perform functional testing using approved processes and equipment.

• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic tools and systems.

• Handle and work with specialized fluids in a controlled environment.

• Contribute to process improvements that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma, GED, or 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

• At least 5 years of experience testing and assembling precision components.

• Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.

• Familiarity with working safely with specialized fluids such as nitrogen-based, petroleum-based, and phosphate ester-based oils.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

• Ability to read and follow complex technical instructions.
