Express Employment Professionals is hiring Night Auditors/Front Desk Associates for a valued resort client in Stuart, FL. This position plays a key role in providing exceptional guest service while ensuring accurate accounting and end-of-day financial reporting.

What You’ll Do:

Guest Services

• Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and phone calls with professionalism

• Maintain a welcoming and customer-focused environment

Financial & Audit Duties

• Process guest payments, including cash and credit transactions

• Balance daily revenue, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy of financial records

• Complete and verify end-of-day reports

Administrative & Light Tasks

• Perform basic front desk responsibilities and documentation

• Handle light duties such as laundry or lobby upkeep as needed

• Support smooth resort operations during overnight hours

Overnight Availability Required
This is a night-shift position essential to the resort’s 24/7 operations. Reliability and comfort working independently during overnight hours are a must.

• Previous hospitality or front desk experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property management systems
