HR Manager – Distribution Company

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually

Position Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, compliance, and talent acquisition. This role requires a proactive leader who can foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to labor laws and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs.
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
• Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution industry is a plus.
