Key Responsibilities

Call Handling & Verification

  • Answer inbound calls and verify security information to ensure you are speaking with the correct member.
  • Maintain professionalism and a pleasant tone during each interaction.

Tax Form Assistance

  • Explain when members can expect to receive their 1099 forms.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on how to access 1099 forms through the member portal.
  • Answer questions regarding the location of specific information on the 1099.

Member Account Support

  • Assist members with creating an online account, resetting passwords, or unlocking accounts.
  • Walk members through the login or account recovery process.

Documentation

  • Accurately log call details, including member concerns, instructions provided, and any actions taken.
  • Follow organizational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant documentation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Strong customer-service focus.
  • Attention to detail

  • Consistently professional demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt quickly to processes and updates.
  • Works well in a team-oriented environment.
