As a Part-Time Appointment Scheduler your responsibilities will include:

• Working with staff and clients to schedule appointments.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Answering high volume, multi-line phone systems in a kind and courteous manner.
• Cross-train/back-up to Front Desk position.

What we look for in a Part-Time Appointment Scheduler

• 1+ Years in the medical field is preferred.
• Experience working with HIPAA-regulated environment is preferred.
• Experience with scheduling/CRM software.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
