Job Summary:
The Remote Building Automation Services (RBAS) team is seeking a Manager to join the National Support Team. This role plays a key part in developing operational standards, evaluating emerging technologies, and contributing to innovative applications that address evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the acquisition of new clients across the business.
- Lead operational support for the RBAS portfolio, including onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Participate in hiring activities and team development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams nationwide to improve efficiency and productivity across client portfolios.
- Oversee preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
- Develop and refine processes to meet client requirements and enhance remote monitoring efficiency.
- Manage documentation related to client systems and inspection reports.
- Stay current with industry trends, focusing on emerging building automation technologies.
- Develop strategies and initiatives to deliver client value and improve building performance.
- Support strategic account pursuits and contribute to national growth initiatives.
- Assist the RBAS technical team with operational activities as required.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in building automation.
- Completion of a four-year university degree, a 2–3 year post-secondary engineering technology or applied science program, or equivalent trade/field experience.
- Eligibility for registration with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) or the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians and Technologists (OACETT).
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with a professional presence and a commitment to maintaining a presentable appearance in client-facing environments.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: CA$75,000 – CA$110,000
- Standard Hours: 40/week
- Vacation Entitlement: 3 Weeks (6%)
- Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP): 4%
