Field Services Technician (Multiple Locations)

Employment Type: Full-time, evaluation to hire.
Salary: $22-$25/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7 AM-4 PM (must be able to be flexible to work evenings and weekends)

We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Field Services Technician to travel to residential and commercial properties and complete maintenance and repair tasks that keep sites safe, functional, and ready for occupancy. Responsibilities

• Perform debris removal, grass cutting, and hazard mitigation at assigned properties.
• Replace locks and remove damaged or unsafe items.
• Complete general property maintenance to ensure safety and move-in readiness.
• Document work thoroughly and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and keep equipment in good working order.

Qualifications

Experience (preferred): Property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or related.
Skills:

• Able to lift, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Comfortable with lawn mowers, hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

Attributes: Self-motivated, dependable, punctual; strong communication for reporting and documentation.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability (occasional weekends/evenings).
• Able to drive a truck with a trailer.
