Job Title: Office Administrator / Customer Service & Inside SalesLocation: Twinsburg, OHPay: $18/ hr to start + commission (up to $50–$60k with inside sales)
We’re hiring for a locally owned company in Twinsburg. This small business needs a reliable, customer-focused Office Administrator who will serve as the main point of contact for customers and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Front desk reception, phone/email support, and walk-in customer service
Prepare and send quotes
Coordinate projects between customers, the owner, and the graphic designer
General office admin and scheduling
Support inside sales and follow-up on customer inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
Strong computer skills
Excellent customer service and communication
Good math skills and attention to detail
Eye for design (helpful but not required)
Ability to multitask in a small business environment
Willingness to learn the signage industry—training provided
Growth:This role can grow into inside sales, with earning potential of $50–$60k through commissions.
