Assembly Technician – Weekend Night Shift – Long-Term Opportunity
Pay: Paid for 40 hours while working 36 hours
Schedule:
• Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Paid Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks + One 30-minute lunch

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assembly Technicians for a weekend-only night shift schedule. Work three 12-hour shifts and earn a full 40-hour paycheck — while working only 36 hours! This long-term role offers a great alternative schedule with strong work-life balance during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and final products using both power and hand tools

• Follow manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures

• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure product accuracy

• Maintain efficiency to support production goals

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Requirements:

• Assembly and manufacturing experience required

• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable attendance and positive team collaboration

• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
