Assembly Technician – Night Shift – Long-Term, Full-Time Opportunity
Pay: $20.00 / Hour
Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (10-hour shifts)
• Overtime currently mandatory
• Weekend OT: Friday – Saturday | 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
Paid Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks + One 30-minute lunch

Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Assembly Technicians for night shift to support a fast-growing manufacturing team. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours, stable pay, and career growth. Mandatory overtime is currently required, with expectations for overtime to become voluntary once the team is fully staffed.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products using hand and power tools

• Read and follow detailed work instructions, safety procedures, and specifications

• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and product consistency

• Maintain production flow and contribute to meeting daily output goals

• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized throughout the shift

Requirements:

• Assembly and manufacturing experience required

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and precision

• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed
