Assembly Technician – Long-Term, Full-Time Opportunity
Pay: $17.00 / Hour
Schedule:
• Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Overtime currently mandatory
• Weekend OT: Friday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Paid Breaks: Two 15-minute breaks + One 30-minute lunch

Express Employment Professionals is hiring skilled Assembly Technicians to support a top-tier manufacturing operation. This is a long-term position with steady hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth. Mandatory overtime is in place for now, with expectations for overtime to become voluntary once the facility is fully staffed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on assembly of components and products using hand and power tools

• Follow detailed work instructions, specifications, and safety guidelines

• Inspect materials and finished products for accuracy and quality

• Support production goals by maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout the shift

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure safety and productivity

Requirements:

• Previous assembly and manufacturing experience required

• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

• Reliable attendance and a strong team-driven work ethic

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
