Aerospace Hydraulics & Pneumatics Manufacturing
We are seeking a skilled Hydro/Pneumatic Test Technician to join our aerospace manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform precision testing on hydraulic and pneumatic aircraft components to ensure they meet stringent aerospace performance, safety, and quality standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented technician who enjoys hands-on testing, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
Perform hydrostatic, pneumatic, pressure, and functional tests on aerospace components, assemblies, and systems.
Utilize test benches, gauges, calibrated instruments, and diagnostic equipment to record accurate results.
Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and test procedures to ensure compliance with AS9100, FAA, and company quality standards.
Conduct leak checks, pressure decay tests, flow checks, and performance validation on hydraulic/pneumatic parts.
Document test results, maintain logs, and complete required inspection paperwork and certifications.
Troubleshoot failures and assist engineering or quality teams with root-cause analysis.
Ensure proper setup, operation, and maintenance of test stands, fixtures, and related equipment.
Maintain safe work practices when working with high-pressure systems and aerospace fluids.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in calibration verification and ensure test equipment is within compliance at all times.
2+ years of experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, pressure testing, or mechanical testing (aerospace preferred).
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pressure ratings, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and aerospace technical documents.
Familiarity with test stands, pressure gauges, torque tools, and calibrated instruments.
Working knowledge of AS9100 or other aerospace quality standards is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
High school diploma required; technical trade school or aerospace certification preferred.

Pay Rate:
