Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Real Estate Attorney for a fast growing Real Estate Law firm located in Costa Mesa.

Service Line: Direct Hire, Fulltime

Pay: Up to $160k salary

 

Responsibility:

·         Drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and related documents

·         Advising clients on title issues, escrow, land use, and related legal concerns

·         Coordinating due diligence, closings, and related transactional tasks

·         Working closely with clients to provide clear, practical guidance

 

Requirements:

·         J.D. from an accredited law school

·         Active California Bar membership in good standing

·         3 years of real estate law experience (transactional focus preferred)

·         Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

·         Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple matters simultaneously

·         Commitment to excellent client service
