Property Accounting Analyst

Salary: $60k-$70k salary

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills is recruiting Property Accounting Analyst for a fast growing Real Estate Investment and Property Management firmlocated in Irvine.

Service Line: Direct Hire, Fulltime

Pay: $60k-$70k salary

Schedule: Monday-Friday

 

Responsibility:

·         Must have basic knowledge of CAM, budgets, processing invoices for accounts payable, processing work orders, and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Windows and Internet Research.

·         Additionally, must have strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal savvy.

·         Timely retrieval of voicemails, emails and all other forms of communication throughout the day with immediate response to in-house emails and timely response to all others.

·         Communication, Organization and Follow-up are required on a regular basis, not only at the properties and with the tenant’s, but with the upper management, individuals in the office, owners, vendors and the like.

·         Process Tenant Move-in and Move-out forms.

·         Budget oversight, review and operating expense reconciliation and estimates.

·         Basic commercial lease knowledge to process leases and insurance requirements.

 

Requirements:

·         B.S. or B.A. degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance preferred.

·         Property Management Accounting Experience a plus.

·         Financial reporting experience and ability to prepare detailed property budgets.

·         Strong organizational, leadership, and motivational skill

·         Excellent customer service abilities

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and the ability to prioritize deadlines

 

·         Able to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach

·         Bilingual preferred but not required
