Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Technical Customer Support & Product Specialist for a technology-focused organization. This role supports customers with software, product functionality, troubleshooting, onboarding, and system navigation. The ideal candidate is highly technical, patient, and able to explain complex concepts in a clear, user-friendly way.

Job Highlights:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and video.

• Assist users with product functionality, system access, configuration, and best practices.

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues using diagnostic methods.

• Document issues and resolutions in the CRM/ticketing system.

• Escalate complex problems to engineering or senior support when needed.

• Track open tickets and follow up to ensure timely resolution.

• Support onboarding and setup for new users.

• Assist the sales team with product demos and pre-sales technical support.

   

What We Look For:

• 1–3 years of customer support, help desk, or technical support experience.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Familiarity with software interfaces, document management concepts, databases, or basic SQL.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

• Experience using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, or remote support tools.

• Problem-solving mindset and high sense of accountability.

• Willingness to assist with various areas of the business in a small-team environment.
