Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $25–$30/hr DOE

About the Role:
We’re seeking an Mid-Level Accountant to join a dynamic team in property and finance. This role is ideal for someone with solid accounting experience who can work independently, manage reconciliations, and prepare accurate financial reports.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare financial statements and custom reports

• Process invoices, payments, and data entry

• Ensure accurate coding of income and expenses

• Support audits and maintain internal controls

• Assist with cross-training and additional accounting tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting/Finance or related (required)

• CPA preferred 

• 2+ years accounting experience in computerized systems

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions

• Works independently while proactively seeking clarification when needed

• Proficient in Microsoft 365
