Job Description:

Express is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join a team. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient operations, quality output, and a safe working environment. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor machinery according to safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts and products, ensuring they meet required specifications. Identify and report any defects.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks, adjustments, and preventive maintenance to keep machines in good working condition.
• Documentation: Accurately record production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities as required.
• Safety Compliance: Follow company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [Specify Weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
